We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:
You received the wrong item.
The item arrived damaged or defective.
The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Personalized or custom-made products
Engraved jewelry
Name necklaces, bracelets, rings, and custom accessories
Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Products returned without prior approval
If your return request is approved:
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds may be issued through Bank Transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by PakZaria.
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once a personalized or custom order enters production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.
Our team will review the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
If the return is due to an error by PakZaria, return shipping costs may be covered by us.
For approved returns not caused by our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
