At PakZaria, customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are personalized and made-to-order, please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Engraved jewelry

  • Name necklaces, bracelets, rings, and custom accessories

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

  • Products returned without prior approval

Refund Policy

If your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Refunds may be issued through Bank Transfer or another mutually agreed method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by PakZaria.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

  • Once a personalized or custom order enters production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.

  3. Our team will review the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error by PakZaria, return shipping costs may be covered by us.

  • For approved returns not caused by our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
