2. Products & Customization

• Many of our products are personalized and made to order.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details, including names, dates, initials, engravings, and other requested information.

• Once production has started, customization details cannot be modified.

• Product images are for illustration purposes. Slight variations in color, size, engraving placement, or finish may occur due to screen settings and handcrafted production processes.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• PakZaria reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.

• We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

Orders may be canceled if payment verification cannot be completed when required.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

• PakZaria is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Personalized and custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

• Personalized orders that have entered production cannot be canceled.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the PakZaria website, including logos, product images, designs, text, graphics, and branding materials, is the property of PakZaria and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

PakZaria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
